Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

• Service Downtime: If our service is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours

• Technical Issues: If you experience technical problems that prevent you from using the service and our support team cannot resolve them within 48 hours

• Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to our error

• Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same service

• Service Not as Described: If the service significantly differs from what was advertised

Refund Duration

Refund Request Window: 7 days from the date of purchase or subscription renewal

Processing Time: 5-10 business days after approval

Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction

Important: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for refunds.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

• Usage-Based Charges: Charges for AI credits, API calls, or other usage-based services already consumed

• Custom Services: Custom development, consulting, or implementation services

• Third-Party Integrations: Costs associated with third-party services or integrations

• Downloaded Content: Any content, templates, or resources that have been downloaded

• Change of Mind: Refunds due to change of mind or no longer needing the service

• Violation of Terms: Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service

Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

2. Provide your account email and order/payment reference number

3. Explain the reason for your refund request

4. Our team will review your request within 2 business days

5. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days

6. You will receive confirmation via email once the refund is processed

Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed using the following methods:

• Credit/Debit Cards: Refunded to the original card used for payment

• PayPal: Refunded to the original PayPal account

• Bank Transfer: For other payment methods, refunds will be processed via bank transfer

Processing Time: 5-10 business days depending on the payment method and bank processing times.

Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may offer partial refunds:

• Pro-rated Refunds: For annual subscriptions, refunds will be calculated based on unused months

• Service Issues: If only specific features are affected, we may offer partial refunds

• Usage-Based Deductions: For services with usage-based pricing, refunds may be reduced by consumed usage

Cancellation Policy

Subscription Cancellation:

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period

• You will retain access to paid features until the end of your billing period

• No refunds for unused time in the current billing period

Service Termination: We reserve the right to terminate services for violations of our Terms of Service without refund.
