Policy

User-Initiated Cancellation:

• • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard
• • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• • You will retain access to all paid features until the end of your billing cycle
• • No additional charges will be made after cancellation

Duration: Cancellation is effective immediately upon request, but service access continues until the end of the current billing period.

You can cancel your subscription through the following methods:

• • Account Dashboard: Log in to your account and navigate to Billing & Usage settings
• • Email Request: Send a cancellation request to achyuth@slayz.cc
• • Customer Support: Contact our support team at achyuth@slayz.cc

Processing Time: Cancellation requests are processed within 24 hours.

Immediate Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time without waiting periods.

Service Continuation: Your service will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Auto-Renewal: Cancellation prevents automatic renewal for the next billing period.

We may cancel your subscription in the following circumstances:

• • Terms Violation: Breach of our Terms of Service
• • Payment Issues: Failed payments after multiple attempts
• • Fraudulent Activity: Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity
• • Service Discontinuation: If we discontinue the service (with 30 days notice)
• • Account Inactivity: Extended periods of inactivity (6+ months)

Notice Period: We will provide 7 days notice before cancellation, except in cases of serious violations.

After cancellation, your data will be handled as follows:

• • Immediate Access Loss: You lose access to paid features immediately after the billing period ends
• • Data Retention: Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation
• • Data Export: You can export your data within 30 days of cancellation
• • Data Deletion: All data is permanently deleted after 30 days
• • Backup Recovery: Data cannot be recovered after the 30-day period

Reactivation: You can reactivate your subscription at any time after cancellation.

• • Within 30 Days: Your data and settings will be restored
• • After 30 Days: You'll need to start fresh as data has been deleted
• • Pricing: Current pricing applies to reactivated accounts
• • Promotional Offers: Previous promotional rates may not be available

Free Trial Terms:

• • Duration: 14-day free trial period
• • Auto-Conversion: Trial converts to paid subscription automatically
• • Cancellation: Cancel anytime during the trial period
• • No Charges: No charges if cancelled before trial ends
• • Immediate Effect: Cancellation takes effect immediately for trials
